Gokcen is working as a freelancer Visual Communication Designer for several publishing companies and beyond. Introduction to Permaculture and Slow Food Revolution for Sinek Sekiz Publishing are some of her recent works.

Gokcen was in Montalvo AC, CA between 5.10-19.11 2008 to participate in The Gatherers at Yerba Buena Center for Arts, San Francisco, in collaboration with Oda Projesi to make the presentation design of the project called Please Don't Step on The Green.
